Terms of Service
When you purchase from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to my terms of service. I am not responsible if you, the buyer, fail to read the terms of service.
General terms

If there is a specific image size you want for chibi or anime illustration please tell me in advance, otherwise I'll work around 1500x2000 pixel size.

All the prices are per character

I may ask for an additional fee depending on your characters complexity.

I have the right to decline your order.

As an artist I'm always looking to improve, and due to this there might be small differences in my artworks.
I don't draw:
NSFW or lewd
Old people
Furries
I can draw:
OCs or personas
Fanart
Humanoid characters
Copyright and Usage Policy
I retain the rights and ownership of the produced artwork. I may post the artwork on my
social media, put it in portfolios and use it in promotional material.
By default commissions are only for personal use (unless commercial rights are bought),
with that you may post the artwork on social media with proper credit to me and you're allowed to physically print the artwork for personal use.
You're not allowed to take credit for the artwork or sell it without my permission.
Commercial Rights
Commercial Rights are available for an extra cost depending on usage:
2x If the product is not the main focus but instead used to promote (i.e. album covers)
3x If the product is the main focus (i.e. merchandise)

Payment
I only accept payment through PayPal. Acceptable payments are only in euros (EUR, €).
When I have accepted your request for a commission, send me your PayPal email so I can send you an invoice. Do not try to send me a payment before I have accepted your commission.

Refund
I will refund 100% of the price to you if I haven't started on the sketch yet. If I've already started on the sketch, I will refund 50% of the price. If I'm the one cancelling I'll
refund 100% of the price.
You have no right for a cancellation or a full refund after I've received the payment and have finished the artwork. If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, you lose your rights to the artwork(s) I have made for you, and you won't be allowed to order from me again and I may resell the art.
